They were not able to find the two men I was inquiring about, but sent me what they had on BAIKIE anyway. Their answer came via email in about 3 weeks. Now, a question for you: Do you know of any BAIKIEs in your area. I'm trying to solve the mystery of 3 brothers, Daniel, Thomas, and William Baikie, who perished together shortly after immigrating with their father and 2 other brothers to Hamilton, Ontario. Records show the date and place of their death as: "Lake Ontario, Oswego, New York" on July 20, 1855.
