Hi again - was sad that no one responded to an earlier post where I was hunting for LIDDELL relatives or genealogists. I have since learned that my Liddell relatives in the Orkneys were mostly Presbyterian ministers. The earliest one I ve found is a Francis Liddell, a minister in Edinburgh, father of Andrew Liddell.
