Good and Bad News! Joseph Halcro and his family are listed on the 1881 cd set - unfortunately the surname is listed as "HALERS" -- I guess it was hard to read..... The place is listed as "Noins", to further complicate things. I found them by checking under "Robina Jane" and her ca. 1867 birth year on the actual census disc #1 of the Scottish Highland Counties.. [ It's also a good way to locate those missing daughter's whose married names are not known, if you have a less common given name to work with!] Happy Hunting!
