Hi All Whilst I have not been carrying out very much research in either Orkney or Scotland, concentrating on Northumberland for the moment, I have noticed the mailings ref' HALCROW. I have a Jean HALCROW who married a Peter HEDDLE c 1796. Amongst their children was Ann HEDDLE who was my G.G.Grandmother. Ann HEDDLE married Thomas SKEA, which surname is my main interest on Orkney.
