Listers - When in Kirkwall last summer - June, 1998, we looked up every HALCRO, WILSON, JOHNSTON and GROUNDWATER we thought we needed in the 1891 census. We find most of our relatives in Orphir, Kirkwall and Stromness. There were several that, it turns out, were not needed, and a lot of information on the pages that did not concen the family names.
