Hello All, My GGGgrandmother was Janet LOGIE, born 6 Mar 1773 at Westray and Papa Westray, Orkney to David and Ann LOGIE. Recently I succeeded in downloading a list of LOGIES from the International Genealogical Index. All of the documentation I have seen on David and Ann lists Ann's surname as LOGIE and I'm not certain if they put her married name by default or if her maiden name actually was LOGIE. The index lists a David and an Ann LOGIE that fit into the right date range, but they are brother and sister, born in Orkney of David LOGIE and Janet BIGLUND. Is there someone out their who is researching LOGIES and might help me unravel my line? Alas I am researching strictly online from Idaho, USA. Thank you!
