Hello Karen. I'm also on Vancouver Island and have Garrioch cousins in Scotland but don't know where they live. My ancestors came from Orkney to Canada in 1842 and I have masses of data but not too much which is earlier than that. However, I have Garrioch cousins now in Scotland and can give you that data.
