I believe Marguerite Stevenson was born at York Factory, Hudson bay, but her father, John Stevenson may be from Orkney. Her mother's name is shown as Mary Indian. Does anyone know of any John Stevenson, or any Stevensons, from Orkney who migrated to the York Factory area?
