I now know for certain my Ancestors came from Orkney Islands. However my Grandfather was born in Calcutta India circa 1878. Died May 1939. He was educated in the Channel Islands and came to Canada circa 1908 His name was Henry Gladstone Worke and he married Margaret LindsayTurnbull who originally lived in the Scottish Lowlands. I have more specifics.
