I don't have an email address for enquiries....but I can give you the web address: www.open.gov.uk/gros/leaflet2.htm This page is part of a much larger site...you'll probably find the address that you need in the larger portion of this site (www.open.gov.uk/gros/ Apparently there is a way to order documents over the email but I did not look into that. I think it's the eqivalent of the records office in England - birth, deaths, marriages. Good luck!! I've had great success so far - they are fast too!!
