Hello Jannette! I too have a ggrandfather named William Campbell. He settled in Deepdale Holm Orkney and married a Mary Cruickshank. Mary died giving birth to ther first child. William later married a Bathid Farquharson. I belive William died in early 1900's in Holm. Could this be a match to your William? Debbie
