Ken I'm afraid that is all I know, apart from their date of marriage, 16January 1770. His family lived at Crook in Birsay. One of their son's,Robert, took over Boardhouse Mill, he married Catherine Johnston and then Isobel Whitelaw/Whitelay, he is my ancestor.
