For me, everything goes as you say above except..... After signing up the first time it diverted me to a page to buy products (the first of which was the zero cost offer). I read the terms & conditions and then it says to tick a box to agree to them. The box will not tick, and without that tick you can't proceed. Next time in, it recognized me and took me straight to that "purchase" page, but the result was the same. I have tried now 5 times, always with the same result. I have left a message at their contact point, but have no reply yet. Did your sign-in take you on a different route? Ken, What I did was to click on, an accept the Zero Cost Offer. Make sure it is on the free one. Albert
