Thankyou very much Lisa Well I guess little Jane Anderson has only two things left, she is either out of household being a servant or something somewhere in South Ronaldsay in 1871 or she has run off to Illinois with her brother John MacDonald Anderson!! She would be roughly 20 years old, but can you see her mama letting her go off half way around the world only escorted by a brother!! I guess I will have to see if there is any index in Illinois that might have her married!! I must say tho that I have both her brothers obituaries and neither mention her or any other families than their own left behind Poor girl is just vanished!
