    1. Re: [ORKNEY] King In Kvenland
    2. And do you have any idea where Kvenland is supposed to be?? Never mind.... it's in what is now Finland and the link if indeed it exist would have to come through Earl Rognvald who was born in 830 and died in 890. but then the place I found that out has THE Robert the Bruce in the line too. http://www.kvenland.com/ how likely do we think that is lol? I do notice that the preceding person in the "lineage" dies the year or in one case years?? before the next one was born.. the herring in this case stink Wikipedia says that the term King of Kvenland is only documented in one saga i.e. Egil's and Kvenland is mentioned in the Orkneyinga and Hversu Noregr byggdist saga's Maryann ----- Original Message ----- From: "William Sinclair" <sensiblegrandad@googlemail.com> To: <orkney@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, September 30, 2008 1:39 PM Subject: [ORKNEY] King In Kvenland >I have seen the most remarkable tree which goes from John Sinclair > married to Helen Barbara Annal all the way back to King In Kvenland in > the year abt 220. > > Now there is no information which verifies any of this data, so how > reliable it is I do not know.
