Christine She is not from my William MacDonald and Elizabeth MacKay, they do have a daughter Margaret born in Sutherland about 1807 but she married Peter Guthrie and lived her life out in South Ronaldsay I know there is another MacDonald family in South Ronaldsay, that as far as I know is no relationship to mine Have you looked at the 1811 census that Lisa Conrad has on her site? She should be on it as a child with her parents Cathy
