Wow! so many connections to the Dunnet/Baikie lines! I have nothing further back than Thomas Dunnet and Christian Baikie on the Dunnet side and nothing further back than George Baikie and Mary Dunnet on the Baikie side. I have info about descendents from both however, if we can share that. Which of the branches do your connections flow from? In my family, Thomas' and Christian's daughter, Christian Dunnet(1765) married Wm(or George) Shearer(born 1766) and I descend from them. look forward to discussing further with all of you!
