I believe my DUNNETS are mostly from Canisbay, Caithness - your names don't sound familiar, however I'll keep them in mind as I struggle along with my research. My Christian Dunnet was born in 1765 to Thomas DUNNET and Christian BAIKIE. So far I don't see a James.
