Hi Fiona, Yes, I have been on Lisa Conrads wonderful site, it has been a great help in my Southronaldsay research. The 1821 census as you have pointed out has Henry Budge and Margaret Budge in Oman's house hold and I like you would say they were probably his siblings, it is just how do I prove it, I also have a Margaret Budge who married Donald Symison 30th June 1830 I think this is the same Margaret that was listed living at Oman's in the 1821 census, on her death certificate her parents are listed as John Budge and Jannet Norquoy, once again if I could find a way to prove she was Oman's sister I have his parents. Oman Budge was aged 44 in the 1821 census. As well as his wife and children, there was a Henry Budge ages 46 and a Margaret Budge aged 29 living in the household - this is presumably Oman's siblings.
