Willie, Sydney Bichan died in Orphir in 2006 and his widow died earlier this year. Two of his sons live in Orphir and his daughter lives in Evie. I am sure that they would be most interested in Certificate. I do not have a current address to hand but Sydney was my brother-in-law's step-brother in law!! I can certainly try and put you in touch with the family.
