Hello listers in Orkney, I read on The Orcadian web page and heard on BBC Radio Orkney this morning that the Old Schoolhouse in St. Andrews suffered serious fire damage last night. My mother was born in the Old Schoolhouse in September 1912. If anyone can get close enough to get a photo or two of what is left, without endangering life or limb, I'd really appreciate it.
