As far as I can tell, the address is OK. As an alternative, go to the website of the Manitoba Historical Society, at http://www.mhs.mb.ca/, go to the left-hand column, the second link from the bottom (Manitoba biographies), and search there for Bannatyne, or anyone else of interest.
