Isabella (Fea) Miller is one of the name I watch for - my ancestor 1 Isabella Fea Miller b: 09 Apr 1807 Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland d: 04 Jan 1891 .. +John Tomison b: 06 Mar 1796 South Ronaldsay, Orkney, Scotland m: 15 Apr 1823 in South Ronaldsay, Orkney, Scotland d: 02 Mar 1882 I am aware of at least two others: * There was also a John Thomson married an Isabel Millar on 23 Jan 1806 in Westray & Papa Westray * From the will of Captain James Sutherland, then of Bu of Burray (will proved 15 Feb 1827 in London, reported by Barbara Stirling ([email protected])): "Isabella Miller at that date his housekeeper at the Bu of Burray, £100." This IM is on the 1821 census for South Ronaldsay (entry #8/31) as being 40 - and there is an entry that matches my ancestor on the Pentland Skerries.. So this isn't her either.
