    3. This information was confirmed via DNA donated by my youngest half-sister [herein after referred to as one of my sisters or brothers] three days prior to my 65th birthday. Which made for a huge landmark birthday for me. “Our father” is no longer in pain after departing this plane of existence on January 02, 2018. His wife followed him February 02, 2018 leaving 5 of my siblings to mourn them, along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The latest was born Feb 23, 2018 to their eldest grand-daughter and her husband. In March I had the extreme joy of holding that newest addition to the extended family in my own arms. “My three parents” - the two males resided in the same town through their adult lives. Mother has outlived four “partners” she admits to. ;)

    2. Yes, Dennice, it was your DNA results that intrigued me. Thank you for sharing that with us. I hope that you did not feel pressured by me. Maybe one day I will save up for my own DNA and confirm the suspicion that my surname comes from Germany !!
