What were the odds that there would be 3 of us with relatives from Bonanza?! My Heuston family arrived in Bonanza in 1912. Most of the family had moved on by the time my great grandmother Sadie (Sarah Ann) Heuston died in 1955. Many of our family are buried in the cemetary there. Jerome DeWitt, Christine, Martha, John Travis, Sarah Ann, Merlyn, Fannie Lyndall Celeste, Earl Lundy, Eldon Lundy........... Rev. Robin and Marvel Barrett of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Langell Valley are the caretakers of the Bonanza Cemetary now. Their home # is (541) 545-6980 and another # to reach them is (541) 891-1700. They have been very helpful to be, as I am researching from California, too!
