Greetings: I am researching SKEEN. David b in 1874, William b 1876 and Matthew Hiram born 1879, in Siskiyou County. Their father was Franklin Norris "Doc" Skeen and their mother was Kitty SHEEPY, daughter of a Modoc Indian Chief who was an arbitrator between the Army and the Indians. David Skeen lived in the Sprague River area on a ranch and also William lived on the Klamath reservation. I have very little information on Matthew Hiram.
