Herald and News September 10, 1982 Lakeview - Shirley Joyce Frank, 41, Warm Springs, died in Lake District Hospital in Lakeview on Thursday. Mrs. Frank was born on July 1, 1941, in Oregon. Her parents were Bertha Mack and Benjamin Watah. Throughout her life she resided in Warm Springs, Fort Bidwell and Lakeview. Survivors include her husband, Eugene, of Warm Springs; son, Todd Richards of Burns; daughters, Shelly Richards of Burns and Stephanie Frank of Fort Bidwell; sisters, Gloria Quiver and Jeanette Quiver of Portland. Services will be at 7 a.m. Saturday in the Long House on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, with Wilson Wewa and Prosama Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Dry Creek Cemetery in Warm Springs.
