Doing research on patriots and war heroes from my hometown in California. One pilot was killed in an air collison near the Klamath naval air station in February 1944. The news item starts on the front page of the February 28, 1944, issue of the Klamath Falls Herald and News and then continues on page three. The article is in the center "gutter" of page three and is unreadable. Looking for someone who can transcribe the conclusion on page three from the actual newspaper. Thanks. Gene H.
