Divorce action. -------------------------------- Evening Herald September 21, 1921 A decree of divorce was granted in the case of Moses Hart vs Pansy Hart. --------------------------------- Evening Herald September 13, 1938 Daniel Mose Hart, for the last 30 years a resident of Klamath County, passed away in this city Monday, Sept. 12, 1938 at 9 a.m., following an illness of 11 months. He was a native of Walla Walla, Wash., and at the time of his death was aged 82 years, 4 months and 21 days. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Julia Holmes of Klamath Falls and Mrs. Elsie Williams of Chiloquin; a son, Mose Hart of Burns, Ore., and 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. ---------------------------------------- Evening Herald September 16, 1938 Friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services for the late Daniel Mose Hart to be held Saturday, Sept. 17 at Sacred Heart Church, High Street, at Eighth, where a requiem mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul commencing at 9 o'clock with the Rev. T.P. Casey officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
