The deceased was a native of Beatty and was aged 82 years when called. He is survived by his wife, Ellen; 2 sons, Floyd and Toy; a sister, Mrs. Ollie Davis; a brother, Dick Brown, all of Beatty; 8 grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews in Klamath County. -------------------------- Evening Herald January 22, 1937 The funeral service for the late Harrison Brown will take place from the Methodist Church at Beatty on Saturday, January 23, at 1 p.m., the Rev. B.V. Bradshaw officiating. Commitment service and vault entombment will take place in the Masenkasket Cemetery. ----------------------- Evening Herald February 5, 1937 Harrison Brown, an old time resident of Beatty, passed away last week, following a long illness. Funeral services were held from the Beatty Methodist Church on Saturday, January 23, with the Rev. B.V. She is now at the Lightfoot Hospital in Klamath Falls. --------------------- Mrs. Ellen Wilson Brown, wife of Harrison Brown, died September 8, 1944, at the Klamath Agency, she was 78 years old. ---------------------------- Herald & News September 14, 1944 Ellen Brown, a lifetime resident of Klamath County, passed away at the Klamath Agency Hospital September 13, 1944, at 10 a.m., following a very brief illness. She was a native of the Klamath Reservation and was 78 years of age at the time of her passing. The deceased made her home near Beatty, Ore. She leaves two sons to mourn her passing, Floyd and Toy Brown, also of Beatty. The remains rest at Ward's where friends may call. Funeral services will be held in the Methodist Church at Beatty, Ore., Saturday, September 16, 1944, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Harley Zeller officiating. A morning service will also be held there at 10 a.m. Commitment services and interment will follow the afternoon service at the Masenkasket Cemetery in Beatty.
