Klamath News May 19, 1925 Mrs. Rose M. Wright, who has been under a doctor's care for some time past, has returned to the home of Mrs. P. Miller in Chiloquin and she is showing some improvement in health. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Evening Herald March 19, 1924 Sadie Wright, 17, daughter of George and Laura Wright, and Rowland Hicks, 20, son of Shakespeare Hicks of Chiloquin, were united in marriage by Justice of the Peace Emmitt at his home Monday evening. Hicks is a star basketball player for the Chiloquin Tomahawks, champions of the Klamath Indian Agency. They are both members of the Klamath Indian Tribe and after a honeymoon to be spent in several of the large coast cities will return to Chiloquin to make their home. He was a native of Klamath Falls and was aged 1 month at the time of his death. Besides his parents he is survived by a brother, James Wright Jr., and grandfather, Nick Rossi, of Chiloquin. The body is at Ward's Klamath Funeral Home. Martin Adams, county medical examiner, as probably cause of death Thursday morning of 4 month old Allan Rossi Wright. The child was pronounced dead on arrival at P.I.H., Klamath Falls. The body was taken to O'Hair's Funeral Chapel, where funeral services will be announced. Artificial respiration was tried after an aunt, Marcella Jean Weeks, checked on the baby in its bed at the home of its grandmother, Theodorna Wright at the Chipman Apartments, Chiloquin, authorities said. The aunt went to an apartment official for help.
