Evening Herald Klamath Falls, Oregon December 13, 1940 Elsie Rose Lotches, the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Lotches of Modoc Point, passed away in this city on Thursday, December 12. Baby Elsie was born in Modoc Point on May 15, of this year. Besides her parents she is survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Lotches; three brothers and 3 sisters, all of Modoc Point.
