Howdy - don't know for sure, but would surmise so. I don't live there anymore (now Wyoming) so that's why I say that. Perhaps posting to some other PA site might yield better results than here. My own family was from that area around that time period, and I have their records. You might also try your local library, or one with a genealogy section or researcher, to help you better identify where to look.
