    3. You are the third person who has mentioned the PA Barracks. Years ago I tried to find information on that for a correspondent. I still think it was probably the Carlisle Barracks, but have no affirmation. I see that you have a ? by the name. Apparently it was definitely a place. Why don't you write to The PA State Archives and see if they can identify it for you. I didn't try there. Ask for Jonathan Stayer. I am still looking for proof that Deborah was a Van Bibber!!!
