Lots of us think that Mary Jan's wife was Reynear's sister, though there has not been any conclusive proof. However, that doesn't mean she isn't Theis Doors and Agnes Nissgen's daughter. Tyson is from Theis's son (or sohn in German) and Reynear and Mary are the children of Theis Doors and Agnes Nissgen, at least according to the all the stuff that I have seen. Theis is actually short for Matthias. I haven't seen any wills or Bibles that prove any of this - has anyone else? The Niepoth article Vince posted suggests Mercken Gastes as the wife Jan Lukens, but that is based only on the fact that her name is near his on the power of attorney given by those going to America to those staying behind.
