I have two copies I bounght off of ebay. Prior to that I had inquired the US Post Office, and being 1983 stamps, they are no longer available through any source other than a private party (ebay, collector, personnel, etc.,). Occassionally you can spot one on ebay, as I found two. Use the "Concord" as a source word for the search in both the title and description portion for all catagories.
