I have been asked, by a Cadwalader connectee, to post an obituary from "Drexel" The Alumni Magazine of Drexel Uiversity Vol. 11/ No. 3, Summer 2000: Mae Cadwalader Hollenback, a Drexel trustee emerita and great granddaughter of University founder Anthony J. Drexel, died in May at the age of 77. Mrs. Hollenback will be remembered for her many years of stewardship as a trustee, and her involvement in such projects as the College of Design Arts fashion show, the Presidential Search Committee and University presidential inaugurations. She received an honorary degree from the University in 1997. The Philadelphia native was also a trustee of the Academy of Music and the Philadelphia Orchestra Association. "Mrs. Hollenback has left an indelible mark on the University. Our students, faculty and staff will continue to benefit from her dedication for years to come," President Papadakis said. She is survived by her husband William M. Jr., three daughters, a son and five grandchildren. Vince Summers
