I unearthed, quite by accident, a strange search engine that searches the Pennsylvania Bulletin published in Harrisburg, PA. I do not know if it was intentional that this is accessible, to be quite frank. I tested it using the word Updegraff. Got two responses for abandoned or unclaimed property.
