Michael, I see that you list Freyman. SEveral of us have been searching for years for Henrick Freyman and his family. My date is his daughter in 1765 marriage. Hi list, I'm new, but I have been doing genealogy since July 1995 when I started as a 12 year old. I think I'm descended from Thomas Kunders (I am off the Kuster line). I noticed familiar names being researched, like Clevering (an ancestor- in-law). Names include Rex/Ruger of Germantown & Lehigh/Carbon County & OH, Silfies (there is a Silvius-L :) ), Orner, Holder (Kuster line), Miller, Freyman/Fryman (BIG gap). I found my Palatinate & Bavarian ancestors' relatives living in the same canton (Zurich) in the 1750s. Anybody out there related to me or familiar with my line? I could use some help, even with the vast info I've found, but that vast amount only applies to Kuster, Rex, & Silfies. Hi, Burnell! I'm kinda related I guess to your family name. My ggrUncle Peter J. Mayberry died in 1902 in Baltimore, Md. He was sent back to be buried in Hagertown. His funeral was posted in the local paper in Hagerstown. Here is what I have on my file about the event as follows: He was a member of Potomac Lodge I.O.O.F., this city, and an attendant of the Lutheran church. Services this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence of Mrs. Wm. Updegraff, W. Washington St., conducted by Rev Dr. Dunbar, of Baltimore, assisted by Rev. If you have any information on the above names and anything about the Mayberry's please email me. I would sure appreciate any help. I am trying to find out who the parents were on Justinian Mayberry who was Peter J. Mayberry's grand pa. Also, if you have the date and place of death of Peter J. father Israel Mayberry and his (Peter's older brother Thomas I have not bee able to find any info on him either). Hi, Edward! Just saw your surname and it jarred me awake. I've got some relatives that married into the William UpDegraff line. His son I believe as my ggUncle Peter J. Mayberry died in 1902 and was the husband of Margaret Doyle dau of Wm Doyle who owned the Antietam for several years. Anyhow, Peter was buired at Hagerstown and the obit said all his pall bearers were cousins there were the following two Heard surnames; two UpdeGraff surnames; and two Mobley surnames . Here is the obituary information: Services this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence of Mrs. Wm. Updegraff, W. Washington St., conducted by Rev Dr. Dunbar, of Baltimore, assisted by Rev. Dr. Charles Albert of Philadelphia, and Rev. F. J. Baum, of Trinity Lutheran Church, with internment in Rose Hill cemetery. The pall-bearers, all cousins, will be A. A. Mobley, I.R. Mobley, C. E. Heard, Geo. F. Updegraff, Ed. M. Updegraff, and Albert Heard. A committee from Potomac Lodge will attend the funeral. I am sure you are related to some of the above surnames. My ggggrandparents were Justinian Mayberry and Mary Ann Houser Mayberry of Frederick, Md. Please answer ASAP by email maybe you could give me some information on the parents of Justinian Mayberry. Is'm almost sure he was born in Pennsylvania, but, I don't have any information that I can tie it down with. Any help will be highly appreciated. The porn is in the guest book on the original-13 guest book, as was indicated earlier. Several entries. Looks as though someone has figured out a way to automatically post to certain guest book engines.
