    3. No Franz in my family, sorry! Here is a list of some of my Surnames. Whitecotton, LeMaster, Vanalstine, Henson, Wonsyld, Moore, Betz, Lindley, Pratt Also trying to find information on the Belts family. Charles Harvey and Christine Belts. They came from Ill to Pendleton, then to Hood River. We own their house. it was built in 1907, when they both died, their niece ( i belive.. or their estate) sold the house to my husbands grandparents (in 1960) We are the 3rd owners of the house. When we moved in there was a book shelf full of old books that my husbands grandmother gave to me so she didn't have to mess with. I opened them up and found that they were books owned by the original owners! Inside of the set of encyclopedia's are newspaper clippings, some as old as 1919. Each clipping is filed into the appropriate place in the encyclopedia ( Article about a president, filed under president etc). Also is a diploma of sorts when Harvey finished contractors school and a note of recomendation written in 1901 and several 4 leaf clovers. From what I know, I don't think that they had any children.. and were taken back to ILL to be buried. Living in the house that they built and lived in for almost 60 years, I would love to know more about them.
