Her name is Ottie Poe Weathers and she was married to Floyd Weathers. They may have lived in the Hood River County, maybe between Hood River and The Dalles. Ottie died in the early to mid 1960's. Their Father was George Ira Poe b. 1868 Muncie, Indiana d. July 6, 1943 Hickman, Fulton County, Kentucky. Ottie's Mother was Ms. Lindsey (she must have died about 1905, because my Mother was the oldest child by his second wife and Mom was born in Oct. 1907),and they had the following children: Clint (lived in either Clarkston, Washington or Lewiston, Idaho), Arthur (lived in Memphis,Tn.), Ottie & Edgar (lived in Missouri when he died). GIPoe's 2nd. wife was Dora Listen Jowers b. 1882 Darden, Tenn. d. 1952 Memphis, Tn. buried in Fulton Co., Ky. They had the following children: Sidney Ava, Kenneth "Bunk", Edith.
