ISON Thomas W. Ison, 83, died January 2 at Hood River Care Center. Funeral services have been arranged for Friday, Jan. 5, at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran church. ISON Funeral services were held at Immanuel Lutheran church last Friday, Jan. 5, for Thomas W. Ison, 83, 824 Columbia street. Mr. Ison died January 2 at Hood River Care Center. He was born Nov. 17, 1889, at Pierce City, Mo., to Mr. and Mrs. James Ison and moved to this area in 1917. He is survived by two sons, Marcus (Mike) of Eugene and James of Pittsburgh, Kan.; two brothers, Wyatt C. and Clarence W., both of Portland, and three grandchildren.
