BELSER Services are Thursday, March 2, for Evelyn L. Belser of Odell, who died in her home Saturday, Feb. 25. Mrs. Belser was 67. She was born Sept. 16, 1927, in Alexandria, N.H., to Elurey and Auis (Sharfe) Braley. She grew up and attended schools there. She met and married William E. Belser in New Hampshire Feb. 28, 1955. The couple moved to Parkdale the following year. Mrs. Belser worked seasonally for 21 years as a fruit sorter for Duckwall-Pooley Fruit Company. She enjoyed handcrafts, knitting, sewing and similar hobbies. Survivors include husband Bill Belser, son Bill Belser, sister Helen Albrecht and niece Linda Gomze, all of Odell. Thursday's funeral service begins at 2 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, with Pastor Richard Reeves officiating. Visitation hours are 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, today, at Anderson Funeral Home. Vault interment will follow Thursday's service at Idlewild Cemetery.
