A celebration of life service for Gary Weslie Keever will be held on Friday, November 1, at 1 p.m. at Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home. That is a change from the previously announced location of Sorosis Park due to the cold weather. He died at the local hospital on October 28, 2002.
