My Ruth Hall (daughter of Oran Hall) has no known connection to Hood River. I know she was married, but haven't been able to track down her marriage certificate in the obvious county--Multnomah--so I am branching out into others--hence the marriage certificate of Ruth Hall (apparently the daughter of A.N. Hall) and Lester Andrews from 1927. This couple was married in Hood River County. That is all I know about them.
