Cunning Robert Lynn Cunning died July 27, 2004, at Woodland Memorial Hospital. He was 62. Born July 31, 1941, he was a native of Hood River, Ore., where he grew up and attended high school. He lived in Yolo County for the past 27 years, working as a truck driver for Leer Transportation. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 to 1962. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Minnie Cunning of Woodland; two daughters, Samantha Fint and Tabitha Gonzales, both of Hemet; two sons, Paul and Mickel Cunning of Woodland; and five grandchildren. A family memorial service will be held at a later date, with memorial contributions being made to the donor's favorite charity in his memory.
