I've discovered that The Dalles Chronicle http://www.thedalleschronicle.com/ has been archiving the entire obituary since April 2003. Prior to that date they were placing abstracts on their website. The only service they don't provide is listing the surnames at the beginning of the article. They do list by individual days though so one can keep current on their obituary articles. The obituaries average three or four a day. Hope this helps!
