    3. Surnames: Chang, McCaffrey, Graves, Rinaudo, Taylor Sibyle Ann Chang, 63, a resident of The Dalles, died at her home on Wednesday, February 6, 2002, following an extended illness. She was born January 19, 1939 in Auguilla, Mississippi to Lee A. and Hattie (McCaffrey) Graves and grew up in Mississippi. She moved as a young woman to New Orleans (Louisana) and married Frank Rinaudo there in 1958. She worked as a credit manager for a department store chain for a number of years, and also managed a mobile home court. She led an active social life which was characterized by hundreds of hours of caring for the needs of her neighbors, friends, and family. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in New Orleans and active in their charitable works. She enjoyed cooking and had mastered the complexities of traditiional Cajun recipes while living in the south. She moved to Hood River to be near family in 1985, and married David Chang there in 1987. He died in 1999, and she moved to The Dalles to live with her son. Survivors include two sons, Frank Rinaudo, Jr., and his wife Sandy, New Orleans; and Michael L. Rinaudo, and his wife Robbyn, The Dalles; a stepdaughter, Nani and her husband James Taylor, Portland; and a brother, Billy Graves, in Mississippi; two grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes there will be no public services; the family will observe private services of remembrance in conjunction with the disposition of her ashes. Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans. Arrangements were by Columbia Cremation & Burial.
