The place of service for Arthur "Art" M. Thomsen, 74, has been changed to Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, with Reverend Todd Unger as celebrant. Interment will be at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery and a reception for family and friends will follow at St. Peter Parish Center. He was a long time manager of Wasco Electric Company in The Dalles and died at his home on Saturday, May 3.
