Last month, I stopped in when in Oregon and took the tour of the dam. The manager of the tourist center told me there were 28 men who died during the construction of the dam, but there is no list of names available. The historians were coming the first week of August and he was going to ask them, and email me. I have not yet heard from him. I will post a reply if I find anything that would help.
